SITEL EAST PAY RISE
Members and staff at the Sitel East site received their pay rise this month. The pay rise is not the same as the rise negotiated by the CWU on behalf of our members and staff at the Sitel West site. Sitel have not backdated the pay rise from January, and have imposed discipline and performance related conditions, which means a great number of staff will not receive any pay rise until they are off the formal discipline procedure. The CWU did not negotiate this, it has been imposed by your employer.
TFSE Young Members' Survey
The CWU Telecom's and Financial Services Executive has initiated a survey to understand the attitudes and the level of involvement of young members working in the T&FS sector. If you are a CWU member aged 30 and under and working in the T&FS sector, we would be grateful if you would complete the questionnaire below, which should take around 15-20 minutes.
